DevOps, Senior Engineer

Job Description:

- Design, build, and manage production-grade Kubernetes (mandatory) environments (high availability, scalability, resiliency)

- Architect and implement cloud-native and platform-oriented solutions (container-based, microservices, loosely coupled systems)

- Develop automation and internal tools to reduce manual operational work, eliminate people-based bottlenecks (single points of dependency), improve engineering team velocity and efficiency

- Implement and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across all environments (Terraform)

- Design and maintain scalable, reusable, and secure CI/CD pipelines

- Build and maintain observability systems (monitoring, logging, tracing)

- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems (networking, performance, reliability)

- Design and optimize network architecture across services and environments

- Standardize environments and deployment processes (dev, staging, production)

- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and single points of failure

- Drive cost optimization and resource efficiency

- Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and deployment strategies

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on DevOps best practices

- Support hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + cloud) when needed

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) — is a plus

- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles (SLI, SLO, SLA, error budgets) — is a plus

Job Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production (3+ years)

- Deployment (Helm, YAML manifests)

- Networking (Ingress, Services, CNI)

- Security (RBAC, Network Policies, secrets)

- Troubleshooting and performance tuning

- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles

- Microservices, container orchestration, scalability, resiliency

- Strong knowledge of networking (network-native mindset)

- TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Load Balancing

- Kubernetes networking (CNI, Service mesh basics, ingress/egress)

- Debugging network issues in distributed systems

- Proven experience in building automation and internal tools

- Scripts, CLI tools, pipelines, or internal platforms

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is required)
