Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multi-environment infrastructure (Development, Staging, Sandbox, Production), including deployment, configuration, patching, and incident handling
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
Manage containerized applications and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker
Configure and maintain web servers, reverse proxies, and networking components (Nginx, Load Balancer, DNS, VPN)
Implement and enforce security best practices (IAM, SSL/TLS, firewall, secret management, and network security)
Develop and maintain internal tools or services using Node.js or Python
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and integration issues
Monitor system performance and optimize cloud resource utilization for cost efficiency
Create and maintain technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams
Support integration and infrastructure needs for fintech services (e.g., OVO, DANA)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE
Strong experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS) and server management
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Helm is a plus)
Strong knowledge of networking and security (Nginx, DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS, IAM)
Proficiency in Node.js or Python for automation and internal tooling
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
