Junior Quality Assurance Automation

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or WebdriverIO.
• Execute automated testing for web applications and APIs.
• Review test results, create defect documentation, and collaborate with the development team on remediation.
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with the QA team and Product Owner to ensure features meet requirements.
• Perform API testing using SoapUI, Postman, or similar tools.
• Help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the QA process with automation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Information Technology/Information Systems or similar).
• Junior: Minimum 1 year of experience as an automation QA.
• Middle: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an automation QA.
• Proficient in Katalon, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Understanding of the API testing process (SoapUI, Postman, or commercial tools such as UFT, QTP, etc.).
• Understand the basics of SQL, SDLC, STLC, and regression and integration testing concepts.
• Able to analyze automation results and debug scripts.
• Detailed, structured, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
