Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product Manager with a strong foundation in
business analysis and
hands-on telecom domain experience to support the end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise telecom platforms. This role sits at the intersection of
business, technology, and delivery, translating telecom use cases into scalable product capabilities.
You will work closely with
engineering, architecture, sales, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive adoption of telecom-focused products across OSS/BSS, network operations, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery
- Translate telecom business requirements into clear product features, epics, and user stories
- Support the product roadmap with data-driven inputs and customer feedback
- Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness
- Track feature adoption, usage metrics, and customer outcomes
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Leverage prior Business Analyst experience to:
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Map current-state vs future-state workflows across telecom processes
- Ensure traceability from business goals โ product features โ delivery outcomes
Telecom Domain Engagement
- Work on products related to:
- OSS/BSS platforms
- Network operations (NOC, fault, performance, configuration)
- Service provisioning, assurance, and billing flows
- Understand and model telecom constructs such as:
- Subscribers, services, plans, SLAs
- Network elements, alarms, KPIs
- Order-to-activate and trouble-to-resolve workflows
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams on feasibility and design trade-offs
- Support sales and pre-sales teams with product inputs, demos, and documentation
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain clear and concise product documentation
- Contribute to release notes, feature guides, and internal enablement material
- Present product updates to internal teams with clarity and structure
