Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Wireless Access Point systems, CCTV (IP & Analog), Access Control systems (card and biometric-based), and PABX/telephony systems.
- Perform network monitoring, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
- Handle network and security incidents, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Configure and maintain firewall policies, VPN (IPSec & SSL), and network segmentation.
- Manage and monitor EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) platforms and PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions.
- Support network deployment projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment reports, and network topology diagrams.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams during deployment and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLAN, subnetting).
- Experience with routing and switching, including Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP (basic to intermediate).
- Hands-on experience with network security platforms such as FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, and Email Security Gateway solutions (e.g., FortiMail or Cloudflare).
- Familiarity with network infrastructure devices including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points from vendors such as Mikrotik, Ruckus, H3C, Aruba, or Ubiquiti/UniFi.
- Experience working with network monitoring systems such as PRTG or similar tools.
- Basic networking knowledge in Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Experience or exposure to SD-WAN technologies.
- Understanding of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) concepts and monitoring workflows.
- Familiarity with IP telephony systems, CCTV platforms (e.g., Hanwa/Hikvision), and electronic access control systems.
- Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot network and security-related issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
