Job Description

Review and evaluate quality inspection / testing requirements and assess its effectiveness.
Verify and analyze quality complaints from Interco / external customers, and liaise with Production, Maintenance, Process and R&D personnel on corrective actions.
Assist the QA Engineer to monitor quality trend and drive Quality improvement actions.
To prepare the routine test plan & test plan for new products/projects.
Control and maintain ISO9001 and HSE documents for factory.
Coordinate FAT (execution & prepare witness test report to customer), Prepare cable test report (CoC).
Safety, 5S & first aid's committee member.
Coordinate plant test equipment calibration.
To work on QIT (Quality Improvement Team) project with team.

Co-ordinate all Lab Tests and QA reporting.
