What You Will Be Working On

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our HR Digital Solutions team to develop innovative Proof-of-concept (POC) using cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud services.

Key outcomes of this internship are aligned with PSD's AI transformation journey and will contribute meaningfully to our modernisation efforts.

As an intern, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of AI-enabled HR processes across the public service while gaining hands-on experience with AI technologies and cloud platforms.

Learning Areas

AI Development – You will gain hands-on experience with AI development using Python and modern AI frameworks.

Cloud Architecture – You will gain practical exposure to AWS cloud services, including AI/ML services and/or serverless computing.

Full-Stack Development – You will gain experience implementing end-to-end solutions using JavaScript and Python, integrating frontend and backend systems.

Innovation & Problem Solving – You will gain experience designing and implementing creative AI solutions for complex HR challenges.

Key Competencies Required

An ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Strong JavaScript skills for frontend development
• Proficient in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
• Understanding of AI concepts and machine learning principles
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
  
  This is a full-time internship starting in Jun/Jul 2026 and lasting for 6 months until Dec 2026/Jan 2027.
