About the Role:

L3 Windows Infrastructure

• Architect, administer, and optimize Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.

• Design and manage Active Directory forests, trusts, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and security policies.

• Lead patching strategy, vulnerability remediation, and OS lifecycle management.

• Advanced troubleshooting of performance, clustering, and OS-level failures.

• Design and support Hyper-V clusters, HA/Failover Clustering, Live Migration.

• Lead DR planning, testing, and failover activities.

Responsibilities include:

Core Technical

• 8–12 years of experience in Windows infrastructure & cloud operations.
• Expert-level Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS & hybrid).
• Deep expertise in Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, and virtualization.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities. Cloud & Automation
• Azure networking, security, backup, monitoring, and governance.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep).
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS, and vulnerability management.
