About the Role

We are looking for an Associate, Master Data Management to join our team. The role involves creating and maintaining Vendor and Customer Master Data in SAP and supporting related reporting and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
• Verify documents and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain reports and organize documentation for audit purposes
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Escalate issues to senior team members when required
• Work on daily operational queues and assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Candidate must have excellent Vietnamese & English professional language skills

Preferred / Good to Have

• Basic understanding of financial systems such as Oracle, Maconomy, or Navision
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Exposure to SAP MDM is an added advantage
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
