Master data analyst, specializing in SAP Solutions, supporting the business workstreams in defining the best possible processes and design around the core master data objects as part of our transformation journey. The consultant will be part of a growing business area and work in an international organization of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people.

About Data Management Team

The team is composed of Data Governance, Data Excellence, Data Architecture, Master Data Tooling, and ERP Master Data members. There are approximately 20 people who are spread over 3 locations: Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Thailand. You will have a shared responsibility of P2P and PL2PR related Master Data in the ongoing ERP Project.[MH1]

Master Data Analyst in Global SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation

In this Digital & Technology position, the consultant will play a key role through the entire design, data migration, and global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with the focus on Manufacturing and Procurement data. The consultant will support the E2E solution design of certain master data within Manufacturing and Procurement, and will drive data mapping, collection, migration, standardization, and best practices.

Tasks:

The task is initially to support an existing team with data migration for a new factory in Vietnam, which will open in Q2 2026. They need to use some data in their SAP solution, to put it very simply.

Other key accountabilities include:

Support design and data migration of our PL2PR and P2P master data objects together with business and our ERP implementation partner to hone requirements and fit to standard process design.
Deep dive in business processes, master data mapping and prepare solution design in new ERP (SAP S/4 HANA)
Collect data and prepare data mapping templates. Collaborate with SI-partner to get data loaded and with business to get data validated prior and post load process.
Contribute to master data migration processes by facilitating mapping, analyses, load files and test scripts
Create and maintain documentation
Support process owners, business analysts, and business SMEs in transformation with analyses, functional deep dives, and in maturing ways of working.
Implement data standardization and harmonization for consistency of the data objects throughout their lifecycle
Co-design integration and distribution schemas for master data
Provide training to end-users on data entry best practices and master data concept and usage

What is needed to succeed:

Proven experience as a master data analyst or in a similar role, and data migration.
Experience from other enterprise-wide SAP implementation programs and collaborating cross-functionally
Profound working experience from SAP modules within PL2PR, P2P and R2R areas.
Good understanding of core business processes and workstreams such as R2R, OTC, P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and hereunder Master Data concepts in SAP
Proficiency in data management tools and technologies such as SAP, ETL processes, and data quality tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient spoken and written command of English
2-3 years of experience
