2. Overview

We are looking for an experienced Monetization Manager to own and drive monetization strategy across multiple mobile games.

In this role, you will be responsible for revenue performance (Ads & IAP), working closely with Product and Data teams, and mentoring the Monetization team.

3. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

Define and lead monetization strategy across game portfolio (Ads & IAP).
Optimize key revenue drivers: ARPDAU, LTV, conversion rate, retention impact.
Design and iterate on:
In-app purchase (IAP) offers, pricing, bundles
Ads placement and frequency strategy
LiveOps monetization (events, sales, limited-time offers)
Own and prioritize A/B testing roadmap to continuously improve performance.

Data & Insights

Work closely with the Data team to analyze player behavior and monetization funnel.
Translate data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
Define key metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimization.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Mentor and develop Monetization team members.
Build and standardize internal monetization frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UA, and Data teams.

External Collaboration

Collaborate with external advisors/consultants to enhance monetization capabilities.
Evaluate and manage monetization partners (ad networks, mediation platforms, tools).
Stay updated with industry trends and apply new strategies effectively.

4. Requirements

3+ years of experience in Monetization / LiveOps / Game Economy in mobile games
Strong expertise in:
In-app purchases (IAP) and/or Ads monetization
Player behavior & monetization funnel optimization
Proven track record of improving revenue metrics (ARPDAU, LTV, conversion…)
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
Good English communication skills (working with international partners/experts)

Nice to have:

Leadership or mentoring experience
Experience in puzzle/casual games
