Product Manager (Platform Product/API Product)-Immediate Joiners

Overview As a Product Manager for Reusable AI Business Services, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade AI capabilities hosted at the Group level. Your primary objective is to eliminate duplicated engineering efforts across Local Business Units (LBUs) by productizing AI solutions—such as Intelligent Document Processing, AI Gateways , and Agent Marketplaces—into highly scalable, API-accessible services. Leveraging your strong product management background, you will collaborate closely with AI use case implementation teams across four global markets to prioritize features, define product requirements, and drive the enterprise-wide adoption of these centralized AI services.

Must have skills:

● Experience: 10+ years of hybrid experience combining Product Management and Technical Business Analysis, specifically focused on building and scaling enterprise software products, platforms, or integration services.

● API & Platform Product Management: Proven track record of managing "Platform-as-a-Service" (PaaS) or API-first products. You must be able to treat APIs, backend AI models, and integration runtimes as standalone products consumed by internal developer teams.

● Business Analysis & Requirements: Exceptional BA skills to lead discovery workshops, gather complex requirements from diverse LBUs, and translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, product backlogs, and technical specifications

. ● Roadmap & Prioritization: Strong ability to build, own, and manage product roadmaps. You must excel at balancing Group-level strategic objectives with the immediate, tactical delivery timelines of LBU-specific AI use cases.

● Stakeholder & Partner Management: Highly client-facing with excellent executive communication skills. Experience negotiating, influencing, and aligning competing priorities

Agile Delivery: Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, acting as the Product Owner to guide engineering pods, ML Architects, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.

Good to have skills:

AI/ML Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI Agent ecosystems.

● Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Life Insurance or broader BFSI sector, including familiarity with insurance value chains (Underwriting, Claims, Distribution) to better understand the end-user context of the AI services.

● Cloud Familiarity: Conceptual understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), where these Group-level services will be hosted and scaled.
