Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and storage, aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures using Collibra.
Oversee the data management and usage across an organization, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance using Collibra.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to establish data standards and ensure adherence to data policies.
Conducting data quality assessments and implementing data quality improvements.
Developing and maintaining data dictionaries and data lineage documentation.
Monitoring and resolving data governance-related issues.
Providing training and support to end-users on data governance policies and procedures.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance for reliability and scalability.

Work Experience

Proficiency in Collibra and data governance frameworks.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
Certification in data governance or related areas (e.g., DM-BOK, CDMP, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud-specific tools and services for data storage, processing, and analysis can demonstrate your ability to leverage the cloud’s scalability and flexibility.
Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and attention to detail are crucial.
The ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
