Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and storage, aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures using Collibra.
- Oversee the data management and usage across an organization, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance using Collibra.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to establish data standards and ensure adherence to data policies.
- Conducting data quality assessments and implementing data quality improvements.
- Developing and maintaining data dictionaries and data lineage documentation.
- Monitoring and resolving data governance-related issues.
- Providing training and support to end-users on data governance policies and procedures.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance for reliability and scalability.

Work Experience
- Proficiency in Collibra and data governance frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in data governance, data management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
- Certification in data governance or related areas (e.g., DM-BOK, CDMP, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud-specific tools and services for data storage, processing, and analysis can demonstrate your ability to leverage the cloud’s scalability and flexibility.
- Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and attention to detail are crucial.
- The ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
