- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for system access, connectivity, and basic technical issues.
- Monitor servers, applications, and system performance.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Assist with deployment processes, system updates, and backups.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve automation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or
related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Willing to perform both helpdesk support and infrastructure tasks
