Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for system access, connectivity, and basic technical issues.
Monitor servers, applications, and system performance.
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Assist with deployment processes, system updates, and backups.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Work closely with the engineering team to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or

related field

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls)
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Willing to perform both helpdesk support and infrastructure tasks
