🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Scientist (Fraud Analytics)

📍 Trivandrum, Kerala | 🏢 Work from Office

🧑‍💻 Experience: 5–8 Years

Are you passionate about solving real-world problems using data? We’re looking for a Data Scientist to build and enhance fraud detection models using large-scale datasets and cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Build and optimize fraud prevention models using Python and Gradient Boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost)

Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle (data → features → models → deployment)

Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights

Work with SQL (PostgreSQL) for data extraction and validation

Track experiments and manage models using MLflow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions

✅ What We’re Looking For

5–8 years in Data Science / Machine Learning

Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

Experience with fraud detection / anomaly detection is a plus

Solid SQL and data analysis skills

Familiarity with Linux, Git, and ML workflows

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with Spark or Dask

Background in Fintech / Banking / Cybersecurity

Exposure to MLOps practices
