We are looking for a passionate Test Analyst to join a leading insurance client supporting digital onboarding of insurance products and services.

This role involves working across multiple digital touchpoints and ensuring smooth implementation of system enhancements through thorough testing and defect management.

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Test Analyst to support system enhancements and digital onboarding initiatives for a leading insurance client.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, and developers to ensure quality delivery through manual testing, defect management, and system validation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements with BA & SMEs
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute manual testing based on priority
• Perform functional & system integration testing
• Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA
• Investigate and validate issues against requirements
• Support testing progress & defect reporting
• Assist in UAT activities
• Maintain test documentation and audit records

⚙️ Additional Responsibilities

• Perform system updates & configurations as required
• Maintain records for compliance and audit
• Support ad-hoc and administrative activities

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Manual Testing
• Exposure to Insurance domain (preferred)
• Strong in Functional & Integration Testing
• Experience in defect tracking (JIRA preferred)
• Knowledge of test case design & execution
• Good communication & stakeholder handling skills
