Position Summary

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain our proprietary internal AI Platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between experimental data science and enterprise-grade production systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models—from pipeline development to deployment and monitoring—empowering various teams across the company to leverage AI effectively.

• Location: Tay Ha Building, 19 To Huu, Ha Noi
• Salary: Up to $2000/month + Quarterly Bonuses
• Working Time: 8h30 - 17h30, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestration Development: Design and maintain the platform's "Brain" using LangGraph or equivalent frameworks to handle complex, multi-agent workflows.
• Advanced RAG Implementation: Build robust data ingestion pipelines to transform enterprise data (SQL, ERP, Documentation) into actionable insights via Vector Databases.
• Model Lifecycle & Gateway: Implement LiteLLM for model abstraction, failover mechanisms (Auto-switch), and cost-saving measures through Semantic Caching.
• System Integration (Execution Layer): Develop secure tool-calling interfaces to bridge AI agents with legacy systems (ERP, WMS) and modern DevOps stacks (Jira/GitHub).

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on productionizing models.
• Proven track record with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel).
• Strong expertise in RAG architectures, Vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector), and embedding models.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure AWS and containerization (Docker/K8s).
