Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Product Support) with strong SQL expertise to join our team in the real estate technology industry. SQL will be your primary tool, and you will use it daily to extract, validate and analyse large datasets that drive our product. Beyond analytics, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting and investigating product issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data and reporting systems. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to identify, check and report bugs. This includes providing insights that directly enhance the platform’s performance and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, optimize and maintain complex SQL queries for extracting, analysing and validating large datasets.
• Use SQL-driven analysis to support product teams in identifying, investigating and reporting data-related issues and bugs.
• Perform data validation and quality checks through SQL to ensure product outputs are accurate and reliable.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to reproduce issues, fix and verify bug fixes using SQL checks.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and ad-hoc analyses, powered by SQL-based data extraction.
• Document SQL query logic, data processes and bug reports for cross-functional clarity.
• Provide timely SQL-based data support and troubleshooting to internal stakeholders (e.g. product, customer success and data engineering).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, MySQL or similar).
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and reporting workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the real estate domain and data standards is a strong advantage.
