Engineer, Solutions (EMC & RF Test Systems)

Tasks

• Design and develop standard and customized EMC/RF testsystems based on customer requirements and application needs
• Review system configurations and technical specificationsto ensure compliance with relevant EMC standards and regulatory requirements
• Install, integrate, and commission EMC/RF test systems atcustomer laboratory facilities
• Deliver hands‑on operational and maintenancetraining to customer teams to ensure effective system utilization
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentationincluding system manuals, training materials, and engineering records
• Perform trial measurements, proof‑of‑concepttesting, and validation activities for new or enhanced test solutions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for bothinternal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics,Telecommunications, or a related discipline. Specialization in RF, wireless, ormicrowave engineering is advantageous
• Practical experience with EMC test systems, EMC standards,and RF measurement techniques
• Familiarity with engineering and collaboration tools suchas AutoCAD, MS Visio, JIRA/Confluence, SAC/ Tableau
• Exposure to artificial intelligence or machine learningconcepts and data processing tools (e.g., Python, Pandas) is a plus point
• Strong analytical and systematic problem‑solvingabilities with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, well‑organized with strong attention todetail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and adaptto evolving project requirements
• Willing and able to travel independently on short notice,primarily within the Asia‑Pacific, Oceania, and Middle East& Africa regions
