Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – HRO who will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Human Resource Outsourcing solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR processes, payroll, HR technology platforms, and outsourcing delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end HRO solutions covering HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and HR technology.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose scalable HR outsourcing solutions.
  • Create solution architecture, transition plans, and service delivery models for HRO engagements.
  • Provide expertise in HR transformation and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for HRIS implementation and integration.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and solution proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR and payroll regulations.
  • Define service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide leadership during transition and transformation phases of HRO projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services.
  • Deep knowledge of HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms such as:
  • Workday
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Oracle HCM
  • Understanding of global payroll and HR compliance.
  • Experience designing large-scale outsourcing delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on global HR transformation programs.
  • Exposure to shared services or global capability centers (GCC).
  • Knowledge of process automation, AI, or digital HR solutions.
  • Experience with multi-country HR and payroll operations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
