Position: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Gurugram

Min-Max Experience: 4-8 years

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) owning end-to-end development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust full-stack systems using modern technologies across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, system design capabilities, and a passion for building high-quality products.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and own end-to-end full-stack applications

• Build scalable backend services using Java / Node.js

• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend using TypeScript

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

• Take complete ownership of features from design to deployment

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

•4–8 years of experience in full-stack development

•Strong expertise in TypeScript, Java, and/or Node.js

•Experience in building scalable distributed systems

•Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

•Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

•Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular preferred)

•Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

•Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

•Strong debugging, problem-solving, and coding skills
