Key Responsibilities

You will be part of SATS Data Science team responsible for leading the team's operations in providing Analytics, Business Intelligence and AI/ML solutions to SATS business units. You will work with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers and other key stakeholders. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Subject Matter Expert for teams of data scientists, data engineers and other key stakeholders in a fast-paced cross-functional and diverse environment.
Spearhead the development and execution of an AI/ML framework, with a focus on ensuring that AI/ML technologies are well researched and developed.
Strategise the design and deployment of AI/ML models using high-end tools and technologies.
Manage cross-functional teams to develop, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ML systems to standardize and streamline the continuous delivery of high-performing models in production.
Stay current on new products and relevant industry trends in the field of AI/ML.
Engage senior managements with insights and outcomes to improve and enhance business processes and performances.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

Degree holder in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology or Computer Science with 3-6 years in AI/ML model development.
Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Solid experience with prompt engineering for LLM-based applications.
Experience developing agent-based systems and chatbots using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent low-code/no-code AI platforms.
Strong foundation in deep learning, computer vision, and video/image analytics.
Experience in developing and deploying models and pipelines with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and ML Workspace.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams of data engineers, data analysts and data scientists using data cloud platform, such as Data Lakehouse with Databricks.

Soft Skills

Experience in engaging with senior management in enterprise data related strategies and policies.
Highly motivated, structured and methodical with high degree of initiative.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to work independently or cross functionally.
