Job Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers AI/ML and analytics initiatives across petrochemical manufacturing operations. You will be the foundation layer that enables data scientists and process engineers to trust, access, and act on industrial data. This role centers on industrial data contextualization — transforming raw signals from historians, control systems, and plant networks into structured, reliable, and meaningful data assets. You will work closely with Process Semantics Engineers, Digital teams, and AI Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust, data models reflect real plant semantics, and information flows seamlessly from the plant floor to analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Industrial Data Contextualization — Build and maintain plant data models, tags, and equipment hierarchies that transform raw historian data into meaningful, context-rich assets aligned to industrial standards

- Data Pipeline Engineering — Design and operate reliable ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting time-series data from PI historian, DCS, LIMS, and MES, with built-in quality checks and observability.

- Data Architecture & Storage — Architect time-series data stores and lakehouses with optimized schemas, optimized cost, retention policies, access controls, and OT/IT connectivity (OPC-UA, REST API).

- AI/ML Enablement — Deliver clean, labeled, and contextualized datasets, feature engineering libraries, and versioned training datasets that power soft sensors and optimization models.

Qualifications

- Degree in any related Engineering/Science fields with Data Science/Management background or expertise.

- Able to work in Rayong province.
