Product Manager

Intro

As a Product Manager at Screening Eagle Dreamlab, you'll take ownership of a core part of our software intelligence platform, Eagle Inspect, built to give engineers, inspectors, and asset owners the clarity they need to maintain the built world. We’re scaling rapidly across global markets, and you will help shape how that unfolds.

What will you do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a defined software product area, from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, field visits, and feedback sessions with engineers, inspectors, and asset owners globally.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and well-scoped requirements.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality product reliably.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and customer impact over time.
• Apply AI tools and practices across prioritization and product development to improve speed and quality of outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing and Customer Success to support go-to-market execution and drive adoption.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Build business cases and evaluate commercial potential for new initiatives.
• Share knowledge and contribute to raising product management standards across Dreamlab.

What do we expect

Basic Qualifications

• 3 – 8 years of product management in B2B SaaS, mobile, workflow, platform, or connected product environments.
• Proven track record owning a product area end to end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience with software in engineering, construction, asset inspection, or field-oriented environments.
• Experience delivering cross-platform products across cloud, iOS, and Android including tablet.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development and decision-making.
• Ability to distil market and user insight into clear product direction, using data and judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Procifient in Agile, Scrum, and modern continuous discovery practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction technology, inspection technology, reality capture, or asset management.
• Exposure to computer vision, spatial data, AI, AR, or VR applications in the built environment.
• IoT-enabled hardware or subscription SaaS platform experience.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; high-growth or innovation-led environment experience.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
