We are looking for an (experienced) product manager to join us. You will be working closely with the product team to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable system enhancements.
• Improve internal data dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate metric definitions, performance tracking, and stakeholder visibility.
• Drive integration and deployment of AI-powered capabilities into production systems, including defining evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and success metrics.
• Own product requirements for media-related capabilities, including SDK enhancements, video processing flows, playback performance, and upload stability.
• Strengthen core platform infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, and cross-surface integration.
• Translate business objectives and technical opportunities into clear product requirements and structured PRDs.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
• Have 1-3 years of working experience; preferably in e-commerce
• Good analytic skill and problem solving
• Proficient in SQL, Python (or any other programming related to data analysis)
• Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
• Strong ownership, able to proactively drive initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to effectively align and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
