Job Description
- Analyzes complex datasets to generate meaningful and actionable insights.
- Extracts, cleans, and transforms large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
- Applies statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Translates analytical findings into actionable recommendations to enhance business strategy and performance.
- Develops and manages Digital Control Tower dashboards, reports, and data solutions.
- Designs and builds interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Creates and maintains automated reports to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all reporting and analytics systems.
- Collaborates closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define data‑driven solutions.
- Communicates insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Mentors junior analysts and provides guidance on analytics best practices.
- Leads or contributes to cross‑functional analytics initiatives and projects.
Job Requirements
- Holds a Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and analytical techniques.
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with databases and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Ability to work with complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
