About The Job

We are looking for a mid-level SRE to help manage and improve our cloud infrastructure and production environment. This role will be responsible for supporting deployments, monitoring production systems, responding to incidents, and helping teams maintain stable and cost-efficient operations.

In This Role, You Will Get To

• Support deployments and maintain production environments across cloud infrastructure and applications
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support users when production problems occur
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to support system implementation, releases, and ongoing operational needs
• Manage user access and permissions for internal tools, cloud platforms, and related systems
• Maintain and improve infrastructure using Terraform
• Help improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize cloud usage and infrastructure costs
• Document operational procedures, deployment processes, and incident resolutions
  
  

You’ll Be Successful If You Have

• At least 2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Experience working with Kubernetes environments, especially GKE
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Experience with scripting or automation using Python
• Experience working with GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines
• Experience managing user access and permissions for internal tools and platforms
• Understanding of production support, incident handling, and deployment processes
• Able to work collaboratively with different teams and communicate effectively during incidents and project work
• Good communication skills in English
