Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data analytics workflows
Perform data extraction from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Clean, transform, and validate large datasets for analysis
Conduct data wrangling using Python tools and spreadsheet software
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Perform statistical analysis including A/B testing and hypothesis testing
Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with end-to-end data analytics processes
Strong skills in data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, including:
A/B Testing
Hypothesis Testing
Data storytelling

Nice to Have

Experience with data visualization tools such as:
Matplotlib
Seaborn
Plotly

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
