System Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Systems Analyst who will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves analyzing system requirements, evaluating product capabilities, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement mapping, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand product features and out-of-the-box capabilities, and map them to business and functional requirements
• Ensure operational support processes are aligned with business objectives and defined requirements
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend practical solutions or workarounds
• Support product evaluation activities during the service definition phase
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes, organizational structure, and desired outcomes
• Translate and communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams
• Assist in the execution of functional testing to validate system performance and requirements compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of system analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
• Experience in conducting fit-gap analysis and solution evaluation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise systems or product-based implementations
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
