Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, building roadmaps, and driving execution with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver products that delight users and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain product quality.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
Track product performance through data, metrics, and feedback, iterating based on insights.
Drive product launches, working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure adoption and growth.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 - 6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering impactful products from concept to launch.
Excellent skills in requirement gathering, wireframing, and user journey mapping.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making (SQL/Excel/Analytics tools).
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical background or strong working knowledge of software development processes is a plus.
