The SG product team is part of the SG team scope and is committed to providing Singapore buyers with the best e-commerce experience in the most cost-effective way. Positioned at the crossroads of Business, Operations, and Product, the team strives to improve the end-to-end user experience by creating innovative services to exceed users' expectations.

Job Description:

• Lead the co-creation and rollout of product features on the Shopee app for Singapore, including stakeholder alignment, requirement documentation, UAT execution, and ABT data analysis
• Collaborate with Singapore Marketing and regional stakeholders to gather business needs, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with organisational objectives
• Develop and prioritise outcome-driven product roadmaps based on business value, technical feasibility, resource planning, and implementation timelines.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs/FRFs) that balance business alignment with simplified product solutions for engineering teams
• Conduct UAT, plan and manage live releases, and ensure risk mitigation with transparent reporting
• Drive solution implementation and adoption through training, rollout planning, feedback gathering, and ongoing support
• Analyse product data to track KPIs, measure impact, and propose iterative improvements
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to enhance product offerings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (Operations Management), Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Industrial System Engineering or other Engineering degrees or any related field
• Cross-disciplinary understanding of business functions and/or information systems (such as information exchange, data structure) is a plus
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL and Python are a plus
• Able to communicate complex ideas concisely and effectively (both verbally and in writing), to stakeholders at all levels
• Logical thinker and problem-solver.
• ndependent self-starter and a quick learner, with the diligence to follow through on complex projects
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
