Job Description:

• Identify & Define Problems: Partner with BD, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to surface pain points, clarify business challenges, and frame them into well-defined AI problem statements
• Prototype & Build AI Solutions: Design and develop lightweight AI tools, automation workflows, or proof-of-concept models that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency
• Expand AI Capabilities: Apply basic coding skills (e.g., Python scripts) to extend AI tool functionalities and enable practical business applications
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse user behaviour and operational data to detect patterns, inform decision-making, and optimise areas such as recommendations, personalisation, or process automation
• Translate Goals into Impact: Convert business objectives into AI-driven solutions, ensuring measurable outcomes that align with functional KPIs and organisational priorities
• Reporting & Tracking: Support the development of dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor AI adoption, project progress, and business impact
• AI Capability Enablement: Contribute to company-wide AI programs through workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing to increase AI literacy and adoption across teams.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and recommender systems; proactively experiment with new methods and evaluate their business potential

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical fields
• Basic coding ability is required; proficiency in Python is a strong plus
• Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with ambiguous issues and structuring them into actionable solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas in a clear and practical way
• Eager to learn, experiment with new AI technologies, and contribute to building scalable solutions that create measurable business impact
• Prior relevant internship/ working experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or AI product-related roles are preferred
