We are seeking a Data Engineer with exceptional technical skills to join our global business solutions team, which supports Siemens companies worldwide in achieving excellence in their internal processes, allowing our colleagues to fully focus on their business.

What role will you play?

Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

What You Need To Make Real What Matters

Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with databases and data warehousing, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
At least 2 year of experience working on cloud at best with AWS (S3, Lambda, Athena) and Snowflake.
Good understanding of Tableau/Power BI architecture, design, development and end user experience (will be a plus)
Strong academic background including a bachelor’s degree in IT or business-related course of study
Proficient with Statistical analysis and data analysis techniques
Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
Willingness to constantly learn new skills and technologies.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Advanced conversational English and Portuguese.

Workplace and hiring model

CLT, workplace in Jundiaí. For professionals from Jundiaí and São Paulo, the work model will be hybrid with home office on some days of the week. For professionals in other states, the work model will be remote.
