Fullstack Developer (English Speaker)

We are seeking a highly skilled and committed Fullstack Developer to join our team as an Independent Contractor (IC) for a high-priority 3-month project. This is a fully remote position that requires a developer who can communicate fluently in English and maintain a full-time commitment with high responsiveness.

The package only includes:

- Salary: IDR 13,000,000 Gross

- However, after the initial 3-month period, there is a possibility transition to PKWT status and receive a salary adjustment, depending on the results of your performance review

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build scalable backend services and integrate them with high-quality frontend components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough unit testing and debugging.
• Communicate daily with international stakeholders in fluent English to report progress and discuss technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure maximum performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
• Fluency in English (Mandatory). You must be comfortable conducting technical discussions and reporting in English.
• Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

Independent Contractor Commitment:

• Must be able to commit Full-Time (40 hours per week).
• We are looking for candidates who are not juggling multiple side projects or other full-time roles.
• Fast response time during working hours is a critical requirement.
• Highly disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a WFH environment.

Project Details:

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (IC).
• Duration: 3 Months (after the initial 3 months, there is a possibility to transition to a PKWT status (Fixed-term Contract). This transition, along with a salary adjustment, will be considered based on your performance review
• Working Arrangement: 100% Work From Home (WFH).
