Status: PKWT 12 months under Sigmatech (extendable)

Placement: Banking Industry (WFO, Jakarta Selatan)

Salary: 7.4 mio gross + 500.000 transport allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Platform Testing: Perform end-to-end testing across Mobile, Web, and API platforms to identify functional and non-functional issues.
• Automation Development: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage using industry-standard frameworks.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using defect-tracking tools.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all testing activities align with financial regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and data privacy standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date test documentation, including test automation reports, quality metrics, and project stakeholder summaries.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Developers and Product Managers to ensure bug-free releases and optimal user experience through Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the Quality Assurance field, with a strong foundation in Test Automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Industry Background: Proven testing experience in the Banking or Fintech sector is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: * Strong proficiency in QA methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Katalon Studio).
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for automation purposes.
• Platform Experience: Experience testing Mobile (Android/iOS), Web, and API platforms (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Deep knowledge of test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial compliance requirements (AML, KYC, and Data Privacy/GDPR/UU PDP).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory for collaboration with international/cross-functional teams).
• Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
