The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan’s leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Automate the pain points of user access review
• Auto-generate reviewer specific excel packs
• Auto sending to the reviewers
• Auto chaser (reminders + escalation)
• Reconciliation of the UAR from reviewers
• Build an ‘attestation’ experience
• Reviewer gets a form – like UI
• Easy approval for reviewer
• Easy check by maker
• IGA automation with the manager
• Onboard/offboard
• Smart enhancements based on ‘risk-based sampling’
• Anomaly flags

Requirements

• Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Cyber
• Security / Business Management or related discipline.
• Able to commit full-time for at least minimum of 12 weeks.
• Strong writing and content generation skills with excellent command of English.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment while adhering to a stipulated timeline. Knowledge of information security technologies would be advantageous.
