POSITION: QA Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end QA strategy across major applications.
• Define and continuously improve test coverage, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, engineers, and domain stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Establish and enforce QA governance, standards, and processes to ensure consistency, traceability, and auditability of testing activities.
• Lead defect management, including triage, prioritisation, root cause analysis, and verification of fixes.
• Design and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability across systems.
• Oversee performance and reliability testing, including defining benchmarks, analysing results, and identifying bottlenecks.

YOU HAVE

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/ Studies/ Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Software Testing lead or similar.
• Experience creating test plans, implementing test automation, performance, and stress testing.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
