Role: PQA (all level)

Working place: Hanoi

Responsibilities:

●     Control software process execution of project team

●     Review and audit project status, project issues, project process compliance weekly

●     Forecast project issues, project risks

●     Tailor/customize process for project (if any)

●     Collect and analyze project key metrics, process database

●     Ensure the quality of software package before releasing to customers

●     Maintain and improve company processes

●     Build up new process for new line project

●     Ability to integrate, connect individuals/team to complete common tasks

Requirement

●     Have experience in software process or knowledge about software process in at least 2 years (Agile, Scrum is advantage)

●     Hardworking and careful

●     Participated in key software projects (new customer, new process, new technology, large team size…)

●     Has certificated in CSQA, Internal Auditor is an advantage
