Location: Handico Tower, Hanoi

• Design, deploy, and operate On premise or Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure depending on the project)
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
• Set up and maintain Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalents.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards in the banking and financial industry.
• Collaborate closely with Dev, QA, and SRE teams as well as clients to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
• Participate in system architecture design and technical reviews.

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
• Strong experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, Subnet, Load Balancer, DNS, Firewall).
• Security mindset with experience implementing security best practices.
• Good at English Communication

• Experience working on Digital Banking, Fintech, or Core Banking projects.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
