Senior Fullstack Tester / QA Engineer (Lead-oriented) - UP TO 50M

○ 1. RESPONSIBILITY

● Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents to define appropriate testing approaches.

● Design, review, and execute test activities for web, backend, and API systems.

● Take ownership of manual testing activities at a lead level, including:

● Preparing Test Plan

● Defining Test Strategy

● Creating and presenting Test Report

● Design test scenarios, test cases, test checklists, and ensure sufficient test coverage.

● Perform different types of testing such as functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and support UAT when needed.

● Work closely with Developers, BAs, PMs/POs, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.

● Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, log, track, verify fixes, and retest issues.

● Develop, maintain, and improve automation test scripts and testing frameworks.

● Playwright is strongly preferred for UI/end-to-end automation testing.

● Perform API testing and contribute to automation coverage for APIs when applicable.

● Continuously improve QA processes, test efficiency, and release quality.

● Mentor junior level testers and contribute to team capability development.

○ 2. REQUIREMENTS

Manual Testing

● Good understanding of software testing processes, methodologies, and test design techniques.

● Able to perform manual testing at a leader level, including:

● Test Plan

● Test Strategy

● Test Report

● Strong capability in requirement analysis, risk assessment, and test coverage planning.

● Able to take ownership of quality assurance for a module or end-to-end project scope.

Automation Testing

● Hands-on experience in test automation design and execution.

● Experience with Playwright is highly preferred.

● Good understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

● Solid knowledge of Web, API, and Database Testing.

● Familiar with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.

● Able to use SQL for data validation and backend verification.

● Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.

English

● Good English communication skills are required.
