Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior developers and product managers to design and implement trading and risk management software solutions.
Write efficient, high-performance code that meets the demands of real-time trading environments.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
Analyse and optimise code for maximum efficiency. Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the financial trading industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premier institution like IITs/IIITs/NITs.
Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience. Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g.Java Spring Boot, Python, React, Angular) and DSA concepts.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks, especially LangGraph and LangChain, for workflow orchestration and conversational/agentic systems.
Expertise in document extraction and understanding, including parsing heterogeneous file types (PDF, Word, Excel), OCR pipelines, embeddings, and RAG methodologies.
Proven ability in complex problem-solving, research, and rapid prototyping for emerging AI capabilities.
Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithms would be a plus. Experience with trading platforms and APIs would be a plus.
Knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk management.
Familiarity with order execution systems, FIX Protocol and market data feeds would be a plus. Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
Good rating on competitive coding platforms such as Codeforces, HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef etc.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
