Lead FullStack Developer (Java + ReactJS) - Assistant Vice President

Role Summary & Description

The proposed resource requirement is to address the skill needs including AWS migration, AI, GridGain, and ReactJS, complemented by strong expertise in Core Java and Oracle PL/SQL.

Hiring for a skilled software developer with 15+ years of experience in AWS, Java Spring Boot, SQL, and JMS. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing Micro Service applications with expertise in building Java-based server-side applications with Spring Boot.

• Should be strong in SDLC life cycle, planning and execution Should be willing Lead the team and to perform 100% Individual contributor role.
• The role will provide opportunity to work in niche functional areas of Capital Markets, Functional knowledge and experience in similar projects is highly desirable.
• Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-on development, design and architecture. Designs and executes end to end system tests of new installations and/or software prior to release to minimize failures and impact to business and end users.
• Responsible for resolution, communication, and escalation of critical technical issues. Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
• Identifies and recommends Industry best practices. Serves as a mentor to junior staff.
• Ability to provide agile status notes on day to day project tasks.
• Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities.
• Should possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
