Role Overview

We are looking for two experienced Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team. With 4 years of hands-on experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis to final system validation. If you have a passion for precision and an interest in the evolving landscape of ML and GenAI, this is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities

Test Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive test cases (manual and automated) to identify defects and ensure software stability.
System Validation: Perform thorough end-to-end testing to validate that integrated systems function seamlessly.
Business Alignment: Work closely with product owners to ensure all features align with business requirements and user expectations.
Defect Management: Track, report, and manage bugs using industry-standard tools, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and quality reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Manual Testing: Strong expertise in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Application Testing: Proven experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
Automation (Plus): Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is highly preferred.
ML/GenAI Exposure (Plus): Familiarity with testing Machine Learning models or Generative AI applications (validating outputs, prompt testing, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to think like an end-user while maintaining the technical rigor of a QA professional.
