Job Description:

Senior Full Stack Developer

What is the Opportunity?

As a Full Stack Developer within CM Digital team, you will:

Provide development, support, and release activities on strategic initiatives.
Work across business functions within RBC Capital Markets and RBC Investor & Treasury Services.
Perform hands-on coding, design, and architecture of technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and adopt emerging technologies to keep products up to date.
Deliver end-to-end technical solutions leveraging React, Node.js, and other technologies.

What Will You Do?

Drive architectural discussions and enforce code structure, quality, patterns, and standards.
Oversee execution and production of product development.
Use domain knowledge to mitigate tactical and technological risks.
Collaborate with Business Owners and Project Managers to meet business goals.
Recommend system solutions by evaluating different approaches and trade-offs.
Provide accurate cost estimates and meet project timelines.
Ensure excellent user experience and intuitive UI design.
Partner with UI/UX teams where appropriate.
Support product adoption, demos, and feature planning.
Build customer-focused, engaging applications using sound engineering and design practices.

Must Have

5+ years of development experience with React, Redux, RxJS, and Node.js for scalable APIs and modern applications.

Experience with Microsoft .NET stack:

C#, .NET, .NET Core, MVC, WebForms, Web Services

Hands-on experience with:

Designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs

API documentation (Swagger)

Strong knowledge of relational databases:

MS SQL Server (2012–2016)

Ability to design database schemas aligned with technical requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
