Job Description

As a Software Product Manager in the Data Protection team, you will own product initiatives from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, translate user needs into solutions, and deliver products that users trust. You will act as a key bridge between technical development and business objectives—driving clarity, alignment, and execution. You will: - Define product requirements and drive execution across the product lifecycle - Drive product development by coordinating with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery - Identify user needs and market opportunities, and translate them into product strategy and features - Define success metrics and track product performance to continuously improve the product

Requirements

You are expected to have: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of experience in product management, product design, or related roles - Experience working on software products or technology-driven solutions We're targeting candidates with: - Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English - Strong ownership, organization, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Strong presentation and communication skills - Hands-on experience with storage systems (e.g., NAS, SAN, DAS, or similar platforms) - Familiarity with data protection, backup solutions, or enterprise IT systems (e.g., databases, virtualization, file servers)
