About The Job

• Perform project management within the financial services, with a focus on private banking and wealth management sector.
• Strong Business Analysis appetence and understanding of the Private Banking and Wealth management key processes (Advisory, Client Onboarding, Trading) is a plus.
• Strong testing experience (UAT/SIT) including test planning, tests writing, execution, evidencing and coordination; knowledge of test automation is a plus.
• Identify and resolve any gaps, and to advise product owner and business leader on solution, be able to handle defects in a pro-active manner.
• Work with senior management on project status and updates, be able to lead initiatives on project (From Business Analysis to Testing Management until Go-Live).
• Implementing and updating the Test Strategy when required, estimate the scope and size of the testing effort.
• Measuring and reporting test coverage across sprints.
• Ensuring proper use of testing tools, configuring, using and managing test environments and data.
• Design and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them.
• Organize and conduct reviews on processes, policies, guidelines and other documentation related to portfolio- & product advisory to identify opportunities for the client to create market-leading practices.
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
• Close interaction with clients through interviews, workshops, project updates and in-person networking to understand requirements in-depth and deliver solid solutions.
• Apply and promote design thinking and Agile/Scrum methodologies in daily project management.
• Support thought leadership on Advisory topics.
• Develop Advisory Knowledge and expertise across Synpulse in Taiwan.
  
  

Job Requirements

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in financial services in system implementation, private banking and wealth management, management consulting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Advisory topics and experience in project implementation.
• Proficient in testing processes
• Analytical thinker and solution provider with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative and strategic perspectives.
• Experience in business analysis and project management.
