Automation Solution Architect

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows for complex business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, ensuring that automation solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to junior developers and team members, guiding them in the development and deployment of automation solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance automation capabilities.
• Lead the design of automation processes, ensuring efficiency and performance improvements.
• Develop standards, best practices, and reusable components for automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of automated solutions.
• Oversee the testing and validation process to ensure solutions meet business objectives and are of high quality.
• Lead the migration of workflows from other RPA tools to Power Automate

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ years in the IT industry and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the RPA domain, with at least 3 years of experience in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• Advanced expertise in Power Automate; knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism is beneficial.
• Deep experience in architecting Attended and Unattended automation solutions.
• Deep knowledge on governance, administration and monitoring of Power Platform solutions and familiarity with tools like COE starter Kit and Automation toolkit
• Proven experience in defining and implementing solution designs that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience in solutioning, estimation, scheduling, and resource planning for large automation projects.
