Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test frameworks for API services.
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to define test strategies.
• Analyze and identify issues in API functionalities through testing.
• Generate test reports and document testing processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of API services by executing regression tests.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve testing approaches and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in automated testing of APIs.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and web technologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
