Job Title: Azure Administration

Location: KL/Malaysia

Years of experience: 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

Administration - Infrastructure & Cloud Services to support the 24/7 support and maintenance of IT infrastructure services at the customer location. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence in a 24/7 support model, lead incident and problem management, and collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.

Operating System: Hands-on expertise in Operating systems Windows).
Infra & Azure Administration: Infrastructure administration across cloud and on-prem environments.
Cloud Platforms: Proven experience as on Azure Administration. (Azure Architect Certification (Az-104))
DNS & Network Services: Basic understanding of Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP. Exposure to DNS management tools like BIND, Azure DNS, Infoblox, or Cloudflare is a plus.
Security & Compliance: Assist in vulnerability assessment (VA) scanning and remediation activities at OS and middleware layers under guidance.
Incident & Operations Support: Participate in incident resolution and support high-severity calls with senior team members. Monitor and maintain data center operations.
Migration Support: Contribute to server and application migration projects across cloud platforms.
Automation: Learn and support automation tasks using Ansible, Azure CLI, and shell scripting.
Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with senior engineers, vendors, and stakeholders. Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure management.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare basic operational reports and assist in audit documentation.
Flexibility: Open to working night shifts for critical incidents and scheduled maintenance.
24/7 Support: Participate in rotational shifts to ensure continuous infrastructure support.
License Tracking: Assist in monitoring OS and product licenses under team supervision.
